Where Klikka stops

Where Klikka stops

Klikka is software. It does not sell travel, and it does not take money for travel. This page sets out the whole boundary in plain words, because operators buy software faster when they can see exactly where our responsibility ends and theirs begins.

Version 1.0 · In force from 6 August 2026 · Read alongside the disclaimers and the terms of service

1. Software, not an agent

Klikka is a software product. It is not a travel agency, a tour operator or a DMC, and it does not act as one on your behalf.

We do not describe ourselves this way as a disclaimer. It is a description of what the software actually does and does not do, and every clause below is a statement about our conduct that you can hold us to. Klikka is not a party to your trip and has no contractual relationship with your suppliers or your guests regarding travel.

2. We never sell or book travel

Klikka does not sell, resell, book or take payment for flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers, activities or event tickets. Not for you, and not for your guests. There is no search, no inventory and no checkout for travel anywhere in the product. Places are reference data, not products.

Klikka does not combine travel services into a package or a linked travel arrangement, and it does not act as an intermediary between travellers and suppliers.

3. Bookings are recorded, not made

Whatever you or your guests book elsewhere is recorded in Klikka so the group has one reference. Recording a booking is not making one. The contract for that travel is between the traveller, or you, and the supplier — never with us.

A status label in the app — Confirmed, Option or TBC — reflects what the person managing the trip has entered. It is their statement about their own arrangements, not a verification by us.

4. We hold no client money for travel

Klikka does not hold client money for travel services. Where a group runs a shared kitty, the money moves through the operator's own payment account, with the operator as business of record. Klikka never touches it and takes nothing from it.

Klikka is not a bank, a payment institution, an e-money issuer or an escrow provider. It provides no insolvency protection, no repatriation guarantee and no financial security for travel arrangements, because it takes no money for travel arrangements.

5. Requests to join are not bookings

Guests can ask to join a single activity or a whole day. That request goes to you, the organiser, for approval. It is an internal coordination message inside your own trip. It does not create a booking, it does not reserve anything with a supplier, and no money moves through Klikka when you approve it.

Klikka carries no venue directory to sell into, no advertising and no referral commission on anything your guests do. We do not place affiliate links in a trip, we do not pass your guest data to suppliers, and we do not earn anything from what your group books. If that ever changed, we would say so on this page before it changed, not after.

7. What remains yours

None of the above changes your own obligations. You remain the organiser of your trips, with whatever licensing, insurance, insolvency protection and consumer-law duties that carries in your own country. Klikka does not discharge them and does not advise on them.

Klikka's document collection is an administrative tool. It lets you see who has uploaded what, before departure. We do not verify documents — not passports, not visas, not insurance certificates, not consent forms, not licences. A document marked as received means a file was uploaded, and nothing else. No completion indicator in the app should be read as a compliance sign-off.

Wingman assists. It is not an emergency service, it does not contact the emergency services on anyone's behalf, and it never replaces calling one.
