A live sample trip

Malta destination wedding — 12 to 15 September 2026

A browsable preview of a trip built in Klikka. Not the app itself; a static rendering of the same screens, using the same components, with demonstration guests and a demonstration programme. Everything you see below is what a real party of forty would follow on the day.

Honesty notes. Guest names, venues and phone numbers below are demonstration data. The real app is at app.klikka.travel and is only useful once you are on a trip that has been built for you.

Screen one

The itinerary, on the day.

Every trip in Klikka renders as slots and blocks. Times are tabular, statuses are Confirmed, Option or TBC, and empty rows say empty rather than pretending. Guests see their own version, filtered to the events they are actually on. What follows is Saturday of a Malta destination wedding: ceremony day, forty guests.

Screen two

Tap a slot, get the whole block.

Every slot opens onto a full block sheet — the address the guest actually needs, waypoints if there are any, organiser-only actions like the boarding roll and the venue phone. A block belongs to the operator, not the venue, so it survives the venue changing its number.

Below is the 09:30 coach transfer. Two waypoints, one contact, a live head-count. The map opens in the guest’s own Maps app; Klikka does not host a proprietary map.

Screen three

Wingman is a check-in timer, held.

Wingman is not tracking. A guest arms it before they go out — hold for two seconds — and their group sees the timer. Miss the check-in and Klikka escalates: a nudge, then a call to the operator, then the emergency contact of record, in that order.

SOS is separate, and immediate. Tap once and Klikka sends the guest’s current location, a map link and the nearest venue’s phone number to the operator on duty. No armed timer needed.

Screen four

Decisions on the record, not in the group chat.

Votes are for the choices a group actually argues about at three in the afternoon: which restaurant tonight, which day trip, whether to move Sunday’s lunch to Saturday. One question at a time, close by a deadline, result visible to everyone. Ties break in the operator’s favour so the trip can still run.

Below is a live vote from Friday afternoon: dinner venue, closing at 17:00.

Screen five

Home is what happens next.

The home screen is not a dashboard. It answers one question — what is the next thing you need to do — with the next block in the trip and the next action of yours inside it. Everything else is one tap away.

This is what your group would follow.

A real trip is set up once. Every guest gets the same source of truth; every organiser gets the same view of what needs doing next. Bring your own trip, and we will build the template with you.
