Trip execution software

The app your guests think you built.

Klikka runs the trips you already sell. Your programme, your document deadlines, your logo, your colour — in one app every guest can actually follow, on the day, in their pocket.

Open a live sample trip Book a demo

A browsable preview, not a signup. Built in Malta. Operator plans from €79/month. No booking fees, no commission, no per-guest pricing.

Evidence

Running live

An eight-day, thirty-three-block programme is being executed in Klikka this month, August 2026.

Built and operated in Malta

By CB DISTRIBUTION LIMITED, Malta company C101740, VAT MT29034909. One company, one contract, one place to call.

You can open a trip right now

A browsable sample trip is public, no signup, no form. The operator side is behind a demo, because it needs a trip built for you before it is useful.

The problem, in your words

Three tools, none of them yours: a group chat, an inbox, and a printer.

  1. Guests coordinated over WhatsApp

One chat, forty guests, and the coach time buried two hundred messages up. Multi-day weddings with dozens of flown-in guests are still run in a group thread nobody can search, and the questions all land on you.

  2. Documents chased by email

Passports, consent forms, insurance proof, licence copies. Asked for once politely, then twice, then individually. Deposits reconciled by hand against a spreadsheet that only you understand.

  3. Printed packs handed out on the day

A final documentation pack, printed for every traveller. The moment a pick-up moves, every copy in the group is wrong, and you spend the trip correcting paper.

We reviewed twenty group operators and planners in Malta, Ireland and the UK. Thirteen had nothing guest-facing at all — after the deposit, everything happens by email.

Klikka operator research, August 2026. Twenty companies, public websites only.

What Klikka does

Five screens sell it. The rest is plumbing.

Every occasion template is built on the same things: the day your guests are living, the way a group looks after itself at night, the reason they open the app twice a day, the money the group has put in, and your name on all of it.

Screen one

The live day

Fixed slots per day — breakfast, morning, lunch, afternoon, dinner, evening, sleep. Every block carries a status your guests understand: Confirmed, Option or TBC. Meeting point, address, phone number, dress code, transfer, waypoints.

  • Guests open the app and see the next thing, not the whole PDF.
  • Change a pick-up once; every guest has it.
  • Passes and the day's plan cache offline for patchy resort wifi.
  • A 07:30 operations brief goes to you, not to the group.
Screen two

The part your group app doesn't build.

Groups go out. People get separated, phones die, someone leaves a bar alone. Klikka includes Wingman: a guest sets a check-in timer their group can see. Miss the check-in and Klikka escalates. Tap SOS and it escalates immediately, with your location, a map link and the nearest venue's phone number.

  • Free for every traveller on every plan. Safety is never a paid feature.
  • Escalation runs guest, then nominated wingman, then the group, then your staff.
  • A timestamped record of the check-ins, the escalation and the response, emailed to the guest — something to hand a parent, an insurer or the police.
  • Nothing runs in the background and nothing is recorded covertly. Location is shared only when the guest opens the app or taps SOS. Every capture is visible and user-initiated.
  • Records are kept for the trip plus twelve months, or twenty-four months where an incident is flagged, and then deleted.
  • Klikka assists. It is not an emergency service and never replaces calling one.

When a parent, a school or an HR director asks what happens if something goes wrong on your trip, you have an answer that is not a phone number.

Screen three

Not a PDF with a login.

Guests vote on the undecided blocks, ask to join the day they want, post to the trip board, and share the photos in one album. A brochure app gets opened twice. This gets opened every day of the trip — and your brand is on it every time.

  • Votes bound to a slot, so a decision lands straight in the programme.
  • Ask to join a single activity or a whole day, with your approval. Asking to join is an internal request to the organiser, not a booking and not a payment.
  • Trip board and shared album — text, photo, voice and video.
  • Guest profiles, so a group of strangers arrives already introduced.
Screen four

The kitty

One pot, one number, no side conversations about who owes what. Contributions and the deposit ladder in one place: first deposit, second deposit, balance. Who has paid which one is a column, not a phone call.

  • Money moves through the operator's own payment account. Klikka never touches it and takes nothing from it.
  • The operator is the business of record for every contribution.
  • Shared spend tracked against the pot, so the group can see it too.
  • Weddings usually need none of this — guests do not pay the planner. Sports tours and stags do.
Screen five

White-label branding

Your brand. Their trip. One app. Your logo replaces ours in the trip header, your colour becomes the accent everywhere, and your guests get a link on your own slug. Klikka shrinks to a small "Powered by" line in the footer.

  • Per-trip branding, so a wedding and a sports tour can look nothing alike.
  • Your tour manager is the organiser, and the app calls them that. Role names follow the trip: Tour Manager, Planner, Guide, Skipper, Teacher, Coach. Send two leaders on a group of forty and both have full control.
  • Custom slug on Operator; custom domain and branded email notifications on Pro.
  • Powered-by is removed entirely on Concierge.
  • We check your colour for contrast before we accept it, so the app stays readable.
  • Nothing in the guest experience credits us ahead of you.

Occasion templates

A landing page is marketing. A template is product.

Start from your occasion, not an empty trip. A template is not a layout. Each one ships a day and slot structure, seeded checklists, a required document set with real deadlines, a guest-visibility policy and a safety profile. Save any trip as your own template and reuse it on every departure. Two ship today. The rest are in build for autumn 2026, and we would rather list them honestly than pretend they are ready.

  • Destination wedding Ships today

Arrivals and transfers, welcome dinner, ceremony day, farewell brunch — each event with its own guest subset. The Malta legal set as a checklist: passports for the couple and witnesses, full birth certificates, proof of legal capacity to marry, surname declaration. No kitty; guests do not pay the planner.

  • Multi-day group tour Ships today

Travel day, daily programme blocks, meal windows, transfers and free time. Rooming list, coach roster and a document set with deadlines that match the departure. Deposit ladder that matches the trade: first deposit, second two to three months later, balance at fourteen weeks.

  • Stag and hen Autumn 2026

Arrival, day activity, dinner, night block, recovery day. Per-person spend tracker, activity attendance, and a straight answer on who is actually coming. Per-person deposits already work the way the group expects.

  • School trip Autumn 2026

Groups by class and supervising staff, parental consent on a deadline, curfew and roll-call blocks, and a duty-of-care record a head teacher can actually be shown.

  • Corporate offsite Autumn 2026

Sessions and social blocks side by side, attendee lists per session, travel windows, and an itinerary that survives a schedule change at 21:00 the night before. Built for the company running its own offsite as much as the operator running it for them.

  • Sports tour Autumn 2026

Travel day, training, fixture, meal windows, curfew, tournament registration. Squad list, rooming list, kit list, fixture pack.

  • Retreat Autumn 2026

Arrival, daily practice blocks, meals, excursion, departure. Room allocation and practice level. Waiver and insurance proof collected on a deadline, as documents you own rather than fields we store.

  • Beach and resort week Autumn 2026

Loose days with a few fixed points: transfers, one boat day, two dinners booked. Optional blocks the group votes on, and a spend tracker for the pot.

  • Water based — diving, sailing, charter Autumn 2026

Certification and logbook checks on a deadline, kit list, briefing blocks, weather-dependent slots that move as a group. Skipper and divemaster as roles, not notes.

  • Outdoor and remote — trekking, camping, cycling Autumn 2026

Stage-by-stage days, kit and fitness declarations, water and resupply points, and Wingman check-ins on the legs where signal is thin.

  • Theme park family break Autumn 2026

Park days and rest days, ticket and pass storage, meeting points and a regroup time every family understands, and a smaller guest-visibility footprint for children.

Diving and trekking are not different apps. They are the same trip with different documents, different kit and a different risk profile. Klikka handles all three as data, so you can build your own shape in an afternoon.

For companies

Run your own offsite, without an agency in the middle.

A company offsite is usually organised by someone whose actual job is something else — someone in People Ops, an executive assistant, a chief of staff. Strip out the venue hunt and what is left is a group trip with a fixed list of people, one budget owner and a duty of care. Klikka already does that part.

  • The company can pay, or the group can. Set it per trip. Either the company pays and the kitty stays off, so nobody has to chase a colleague for €40, or the company covers travel and rooms while the kitty runs only the optional evenings.
  • Attendee lists that differ by block. The engineering breakout and the whole-company dinner are not the same room and not the same people, so Klikka holds them as separate lists.
  • A record you can hand to People Ops. Who was on which block, what changed and at what time, kept as one timestamped trail rather than a thread of messages nobody can reconstruct afterwards.
  • Documents on a deadline. Passports, insurance and consent where consent is genuinely needed, chased automatically and held as files that belong to you.
  • We do not find your venue. No search, no inventory, no commission on anything. Klikka is the system of record for bookings you make elsewhere. If the venue hunt is the hard part of your offsite, an agency will beat us at it.
  • Priced per trip, not per month. If you run one or two of these a year, a subscription sits idle for ten months. Send the headcount, the dates and the shape, and you get a fixed price for that trip.

Being straight about timing: the corporate offsite template is in build for autumn 2026. You do not have to wait for it. A company trip runs today as a standard trip, with the itinerary, the checklists, the documents and the live day all working. Open the app and start one, or talk to us first.

Pricing

One subscription. No booking fee, no commission, no per-guest charge.

Founding operator pricing: the first twenty operators keep these rates for twenty-four months. It closes on 31 October 2026. Prices in euro, excluding any VAT that applies to you — Maltese VAT at 18% is added where it is due, and reverse charge applies to VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU. Annual billing is ten months for twelve.

  • Operator

    €79 per month

or €790 per year — ten months for twelve

For one kind of departure, run properly.

    • Unlimited guests on every trip
    • Unlimited trips
    • Unlimited staff seats
    • White-label branding, your colour, custom slug
    • Document collection with deadlines
    • Guest passes, the live day and Wingman
  • Concierge

    from €349 per month

or from €3,490 per year — ten months for twelve

For multi-brand groups and anyone who wants it set up for them.

    • Everything in Pro
    • Multiple brands under one account
    • Powered-by removed entirely
    • Duty-of-care dashboard and exportable incident record
    • Onboarding and trip build done for you
    • A named contact

Do the arithmetic on a forty-guest trip. The going rate in this category is roughly €3 to €7 per passenger, or one to five per cent of everything the group books. Forty guests on Klikka cost the same as four. The number on your invoice does not move when the group grows.

Annual is ten months for twelve. Travel is seasonal and a monthly plan is a churn event waiting for October. Pay for ten, use it for twelve, and we both plan the year.

These three plans are for travel operators. A company organising its own offsite pays per trip rather than per month, because one or two events a year do not justify a subscription. Read the detail above, then send the headcount and the dates.

The consumer side stays free. A private organiser can run their own trip at no cost. A €29 one-off Trip Pass unlocks more for a single trip. Neither is what this page is selling.

Where Klikka stops

Klikka is software. It does not sell travel.

Klikka does not sell, resell, book or take payment for flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers, activities or event tickets, and it holds no client money for travel. Bookings you make elsewhere are recorded in Klikka, not made through it. You are the organiser of your trips; we are the tool you run them with. We would rather you read that before you buy than after.

Read the full boundary

Honestly

What Klikka is not

Six things we are asked for and do not do. If one of them is what you need, we would rather tell you now.

  • Not a booking engine. There is no search, no inventory, no checkout for travel. Places are reference data, not products.
  • Not a payments business. The kitty exists to make the software useful. Money moves through your account, never ours, and we take nothing from it.
  • Not a contracts and invoicing system. Quotes, contracts, invoices and your accounts stay where they are. Klikka runs the trip, not your back office.
  • Not a marketplace. No venue directory to sell into, no advertising, no referral commission on anything your guests do.
  • Not an emergency service. Wingman escalates to people you nominate; it does not call the emergency services for you, and it does not track anyone in the background. It assists. It never replaces calling 112.
  • Not a place for medical data. No health fields, no allergy free text, nothing in the special categories. Operators who must collect it keep it in their own documents.

Also honest: Klikka is early. The first operator field test runs in Mallorca in August 2026, and you would be an early customer with the access that implies.

Questions operators ask

The six that come up every time

How long until my first trip is live?

Under a day. Add your logo and colour, load your programme, send one link. There is no implementation project and no onboarding fee on Operator or Pro.

Do my guests need to install anything?

No. Klikka is a web app they add to the home screen. No App Store review, no update cycle, and nothing to download in an airport on patchy wifi. Guests join through a link, a short join code or a QR code, because every invitation arrives inside a messaging app.

Can I run more than one brand?

Yes, on Concierge. Each brand gets its own logo, colour and slug, and the Klikka "Powered by" line is removed entirely.

Who owns the guest data?

You do. For the trips you run, you decide what is collected and why, and we process it on your instructions and export it on request. Wingman is the one exception worth stating plainly: because we set how the safety escalation works, we are responsible for that processing alongside you rather than purely on your behalf. It is described in full in the privacy policy.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your trips stay readable for 30 days and you can export everything at any point in that window. Nothing is deleted without notice.

What does Wingman do in a real emergency?

It assists. It alerts your nominated contacts, records a timestamped log and surfaces the nearest venue's phone number and a map link. It is not an emergency service, it does not contact the emergency services on your behalf, and it never replaces calling one.
